I HATE head colds

So I have a yucky head cold...I totally hate those. My head feels like it is stuffed full of cotton and glue. It totally sucks.

Here is my thought on people who you have been friends with and decide that it's okay to spread stuff around laced with their own interpretations and imaginations: stop talking to them about anything of significance. A simple fine, good, etc. should suffice, then if they should add more detail when telling others you've got it covered. And if you must talk to them about things of consequence, bring a witness you trust so when the rumors start flying you've got it covered. Give them the benefit of the doubt and the chance to prove their trust, but if they continue to add details or embellish stories in order to have something to talk about to others, then maybe it's time to consider that anyone who will willingly and knowingly and actively tell other people about your conversations, and also add things that weren't said or that they incorrectly/correctly inferred, then perhaps they really aren't your friend after all. A true friend will keep confidences regardless of whether or not they need a conversation piece or just something to say.

I also stick to what I said before: perhaps the three of us need to sit down and hash this out so we have a good, clean starting point for the above.
